Buying Guide
Criteria when choosing gifts for the cyclist:
1. The gift should be something that the cyclist wants or needs
2. It should not be a duplicate of what they already have
3. The gift must fit in their budget
4. It should be something practical and easy to use
5. If you’re looking for a fun, silly gift, think about getting them some bike lights or a water bottle with their favorite team’s logo on it!
6. Think about how much space they have – if they don’t live in an apartment, maybe get them a bicycle rack so they can store their bike inside when not using it!

FAQs
1. Can cycling help lose belly fat?
It’s true that during cyclical activity with a straight back and proper bicycle set-up, many of the muscles used are in the abdominal area. But on higher resistance, high-intensity intervals and quick movements will make your lower body work harder than your abdominal muscles will. So while it’s true that muscle contractions from cycling will burn calories, you’ll mainly be targeting those around your hips and butt which won’t necessarily translate to reduced fat in the stomach area. However, steady intensity rides at a moderate speed may reduce overall visceral fat (belly) size but by itself does not cause a reduction in weight or total bodyweight.
2. What every cyclist needs?
First cycling helmet – With a good snug fit and a universal design for most head shapes and sizes, this helmet will do the job to protect you from long-term injury if you fall.
Second cycling shoes – Foot wear is often an overlooked area when considering cycling gear. The pedals on your bike can be used when walking, but having specially designed shoes that are tied or clip in means they’ll never come off during use. They also have more surface contact with the ground than normal shoes which helps prevent slipping of the pedal (requiring you to take them of).
Third biking shorts – Cycling shorts are made differently and better than other sports sector short because it takes into account sitting different postures as well as being able to
